3 Cases of Acute Paroxysmal Atrial Tachycardia

Abstract

|
Paroxysmal atrial (supraventricular) tachycardia is rare arrhythmia in infancy and it´s clinical important view of points are this condtion could produce acute congestive heart failure which may require emergency care. We were experienced 3 cases of paroxysmal atrial tachycardia in which one case was complicated with congestive heart failure and the other case was complicated with Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. All cases were responded to digitalization with digoxin. Review of literature were also made briefly.
